Anglo American
Multi-national mining giant Anglo American produces iron ore, aluminium, copper, diamonds, titanium and numerous other resources around the world with an estimated value of US$43.165 billion.
In 2019, JMS was white-labelled to the mining and resources leader as the Anglo Road Travel App for global deployment. As part of this project, JMS made a host of customisations to the app for Anglo American including:
- Customised branding and notifications
- Single sign-on authentication through Azure Active Directory
- Integrated expense, travel and invoice spending through SAP Concur
- Allowed for hosting in the client’s environment
- Integrated an emergency response centre function
Shell QGC
This is a Shell-operated venture operating in Queensland, Australia producing world-leading volumes and quality of natural gas for domestic use and export as LNG.
JMS was onboarded in 2020 and our developers made some important customisations to the product to suit Shell QGC’s requirements including:
- Multi-factor authentication through PingID on the PingOne platform
- Integrating with Shell QGC’s custom navigation platform
- Custom notifications
Lack Group
Queensland labour-hire company Lack Group have a large workforce and relatively high staff turnover rate. Onboarding their large workforce rapidly was their major challenge.
So JMS automated the employee application and induction module to speed up this process and allow them to start monitoring mobile workers quickly and efficiently.
Mitchell Services
Australia’s leading provider of drilling services was the first major JMS client when it was initially launched in 2018.
With operations all over the country and travel required through metro, regional and rural areas, Mitchell Services wanted to ensure their Heavy Vehicles (HV’s) were compliant with the often evolving National Heavy Vehicle Regulators (NHVR) Chain of Responsibilty (CoR) requirements relating to HV speeding and speed reporting on public roads.
As the majority of the time Mitchell Services HV’s are on private land during operational activities, the traditional way of speed reporting, being IVMS units, was not practical financially so JMS built the local road speed reporting module.
