With operations all over the country and travel required through metro, regional and rural areas, Mitchell Services wanted to ensure their Heavy Vehicles (HV’s) were compliant with the often evolving National Heavy Vehicle Regulators (NHVR) Chain of Responsibilty (CoR) requirements relating to HV speeding and speed reporting on public roads.
As the majority of the time Mitchell Services HV’s are on private land during operational activities, the traditional way of speed reporting, being IVMS units, was not practical financially so JMS built the local road speed reporting module.
